Palacongressi Rimini

The modern congress center of Rimini has been designed to best meet the customers needs, but also to host the conferences and congresses taking place all around the year in the city. The convention centre in 2010 has undergone a complete restyling, and is currently the largest (and most modern), conference facility in Italy that combines the highest quality standards with the state of art technology, to make each single event a real success.

The project of the convention centre of Rimini was made by famous world-renowned architect Volkwin Marg , author and producer of the Fair of Rimini and some buildings for the Olympic Games in Beijing 2008. The convention center of Rimini is located on an area of 38 thousand square meters and is characterized by two large main buildings, linked together by a series of foyers, inside there are 42 rooms, for a total capacity of 9,300 seats , while in the large main hall there is room for about 4,700 guests as well.

Dominating the scene stands the large “shell-amphitheater”, a tribute to the territory and to the sea, completely covered in glass and built using traditional and natural materials, inside it there are two modern rooms with 800 seats Each. In the convention centre there is also a restaurant, a press room, a garden, rooms for parallel sessions and offices for the Congresses Secretary.
